- Armbar
- A joint lock that hyperextends the opponents elbow by trapping their arm between your legs and hips.
- Ankle Pick
- A wrestling takedown grabbing the opponents ankle while pushing them off balance.

- BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu)
- A grappling martial art focused on ground fighting, submissions, and positional control.

- Clinch
- Close-range standing position where fighters grip each other, common in Muay Thai and MMA.
- Cross
- A powerful straight punch thrown with the rear hand, crossing the body.

- Guard
- A ground position where you fight from your back, using your legs to control the opponent.
- Guillotine Choke
- A chokehold applied from the front, wrapping the arm around the opponents neck.
M
- Mount
- A dominant ground position where you sit on top of your opponents torso, controlling them.
- MMA (Mixed Martial Arts)
- A combat sport combining techniques from various martial arts including striking and grappling.

- Rear Naked Choke
- A blood choke applied from behind, wrapping the arm around the opponents neck.
S
- Submission
- A technique that forces an opponent to tap out through joint locks or chokes.
- Sprawl
- A defensive technique against takedowns, throwing legs back and driving weight onto opponent.
T
- Takedown
- Any technique used to bring a standing opponent to the ground.
- Triangle Choke
- A submission using the legs to choke the opponent by trapping their head and arm.
